Also scoring for the Oilers were Mattias Janmark, Corey Perry, and Mattias Ekholm. Goaltender Calvin Pickard, filling in for Stuart Skinner who was absent for the birth of his child, made 26 saves. The Oilers have now won seven of their last nine games.
Eeli Tolvanen and Vince Dunn each scored for the Kraken, who had won three of their previous four games. Joey Daccord stopped 27 of 30 shots.
The Detroit Red Wings defeated the Los Angeles Kings 5-2, with Marco Kasper contributing two goals and an assist. Lucas Raymond also had a goal and three assists, while Elmer Soderblom and Alex DeBrincat each tallied a goal. Cam Talbot made 24 saves for the Red Wings. Patrick Kane, J.T. Compher, and Vladimir Tarasenko were all absent from the game due to injury or illness.

Macklin Celebrini scored the go-ahead goal in the third period, while Mikael Granlund also tallied for the Sharks. Yaroslav Askarov made 29 saves for the victory. Sidney Crosby scored the Penguins' only goal, with Alex Nedeljkovic stopping 26 of 28 shots for Pittsburgh.
