K.H. Lee (returns) drops out of Houston Open

K.H. Lee was forced to withdraw prior to his second round at the Houston Open on Friday due to a back injury.

The 33-year-old South Korea native recorded a 5-over 75 in Thursday's first round at Memorial Park Golf Course.

Lee's eventful opening round included four birdies, five bogeys and two double bogeys.

Lee has achieved two career wins on the PGA Tour, both of which were at the AT&T Byron Nelson in 2021 and 2022.
