"Southern California Secures 4-Star Wide Receiver Jerome Myles"

USC has secured a commitment from 4-star wide receiver Jerome Myles, who was one of the top remaining targets in the Class of 2025.

Myles, a 6-foot-2, 210-pound receiver from Draper, Utah, had previously pledged to Ole Miss before changing his mind in June. He ultimately chose the Trojans over Texas A&M and Utah.

According to the 247Sports composite, Myles is ranked as the seventh-best wide receiver and the 36th best player overall in his class. He was also ESPN's top uncommitted receiver for the upcoming year.

After visiting Texas A&M in Week 1, Myles told ESPN that he was convinced to commit to USC after his visit there the following week.

\"USC just exceeded all expectations,\" Myles said. \"They have a track record of producing the most NFL draft picks. Their wide receiver development is exceptional. And even if football doesn't work out for me, I know I'll still be successful in life. USC values more than just football and I appreciate that.\"

Originally planning to announce his commitment in late October, Myles suffered an ACL injury on August 30 while playing for Corner Canyon High School.

Despite the injury, Myles has proven himself as a standout player, recording 39 receptions for 1,185 yards and 14 touchdowns during his sophomore and junior seasons in 2022 and 2023.
