LSU cornerback Javien Toviano surrendered himself to authorities in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Sunday following an arrest warrant issued for him on suspicion of video voyeurism.

According to the warrant, Toviano is accused of filming himself engaging in sexual activities with a woman without her consent. The woman reported to the police that Toviano had previously recorded their sexual encounters without her permission, and she had explicitly expressed her disapproval of being recorded.

The woman also stated that she discovered videos of their intimate moments on Toviano's iPad, which were recorded by a clock with a hidden camera placed near the bed. During an interview with detectives, Toviano admitted to using the concealed camera for this purpose.

In response to the incident, LSU has suspended Toviano from all team activities, as stated in a released statement. The university's preseason training camp is set to commence on August 1st.

Toviano was a highly ranked recruit in the Class of 2023 and appeared in 13 games during his freshman year, recording 33 tackles, one pass breakup, and one fumble recovery.
