Donovan Starr, a highly skilled defensive back in the 2025 recruiting class, is set to make visits to Michigan and Alabama, despite having already committed to playing at Auburn. According to multiple reports on Wednesday, Starr will be making these visits.

It has been reported that Starr will be making an official visit to Michigan on October 26, when they will be hosting their in-state rivals, Michigan State. He also plans to visit Alabama, who offered him a spot on their team on October 3.

Starr made his commitment to Auburn public in June, but this has not stopped Division I teams from continuing to scout him. Representatives from Illinois, Georgia State, and Tennessee State were present at a recent game in Brentwood, Tennessee, where Starr plays for Ravenwood.

Despite his commitment, the 6-foot, 176-pound standout has not ruled out the possibility of changing his mind. According to Yahoo Sports, Starr stated earlier in October, "I'm pretty locked in (to Auburn) right now, but I'm definitely still open to a few schools. I have a few more visits to take and then I will probably make my final decision in December."

Starr, a four-star recruit and the No. 14 player in Tennessee according to 247Sports Composite, previously visited Illinois in September. He spent his childhood in Illinois before moving to Tennessee as a freshman.
