"Arizona Secures Promising Global Talent for 2025"

"Top 2025 International Prospect Commits to Arizona"

Highly-touted international basketball prospect Dwayne Aristode informed ESPN on Sunday that he has pledged his commitment to the University of Arizona.

Aristode, a 6-foot-8 power forward from the Netherlands, opted for the Wildcats over other top programs such as Duke, Southern California, Michigan State, and the NBL Next Stars program. He is ranked as the 28th best recruit in the Class of 2025, according to 247Sports.

\"The exceptional winning culture that head coach Tommy Lloyd has established at Arizona is what drew me to the program,\" Aristode stated. \"Their style of play is fast-paced and they strike the perfect balance between structure and allowing players to showcase their skills.\"

During his tenure as an assistant at Gonzaga, Lloyd has played a pivotal role in the development of other international players such as Domantas Sabonis (Lithuania), Rui Hachimura (Japan), and Kelly Olynyk (Canada).

Aristode is currently in his second year of high school basketball at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
