The Sacramento Kings will be without guard Malik Monk for the remaining three games of the regular season and into the postseason due to a left calf strain, as reported by ESPN on Wednesday evening.

Monk, 27, will undergo a re-evaluation in two weeks, according to the report, which covers the Kings\' participation in the play-in tournament. Sacramento (39-40) currently holds the ninth spot in the Western Conference standings.

He sustained the injury in the first quarter of Sacramento\'s 127-117 victory over the Detroit Pistons on Monday. In just six minutes of play, he recorded two points and one assist.
