Oklahoma City Thunder center Isaiah Hartenstein suffered a minor, non-displaced fracture in his left hand and will undergo re-evaluation in five-to-six weeks, the team announced on Thursday.

The left-handed Hartenstein sustained the injury during Oklahoma City's 124-94 win against the Denver Nuggets in a preseason game on Tuesday.

After signing a lucrative three-year, $87 million deal this offseason, Hartenstein posted averages of 7.8 points and 8.3 rebounds in 75 games (49 starts) for the New York Knicks last season.

A journeyman in the early stages of his NBA career, Hartenstein has put up 6.0 points and 5.6 rebounds per game in 322 career appearances (61 starts) with the Houston Rockets, Nuggets, Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Clippers, Knicks, and Thunder. He was drafted by the Rockets in the second round of the 2017 NBA Draft.
