Eugenio Suarez hit a bases-loaded single off the right field wall as the final hero in the Arizona Diamondbacks' 11-10 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers in a wild back-and-forth thriller on Sunday in Phoenix.

In the top of the 10th inning, Jackson Chourio's two-run triple gave Milwaukee a 10-8 lead before Arizona responded with three runs off Jared Koenig in the bottom of the inning. Adrian Del Castillo started the rally with an RBI single and Christian Walker was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded to tie the score at 10. Suarez then delivered the decisive hit.

Chourio also homered and had a career-high five RBIs for Milwaukee, while Eric Haase added a two-run homer. Pavin Smith had a three-run double for the Diamondbacks.

Tigers 4, Orioles 2

Riley Greene hit two home runs and drove in three runs to lead Detroit past Baltimore.

Detroit's Keider Montero (6-6) pitched five scoreless innings, one start after throwing a shutout against Colorado. Jason Foley recorded his 23rd save. Colt Keith added an RBI single for the Tigers, who have won six of their last eight games.

Adley Rutschman hit a two-run homer for the Orioles, while Cade Povich (2-9) gave up two runs in five innings.

Padres 4, Giants 3 (10 innings)

David Peralta's single and run in the 10th inning helped San Diego complete a three-game sweep of San Francisco.

The Padres (85-65) remain in the lead for the National League wild-card spot with just two weeks left in the regular season. After Heliot Ramos' leadoff home run tied the game in the ninth, Peralta's single off Camilo Doval (5-3) drove in Jake Cronenworth and Donovan Solano's groundout brought in Peralta for the decisive run.

Adrian Morejon earned his second save by retiring all three batters he faced in the bottom of the 10th, allowing a sacrifice fly to Michael Conforto. Despite blowing the save, Robert Suarez (9-3) was credited with the win.

Yankees 5, Red Sox 2

Aaron Judge's two-run home run helped New York beat Boston in the finale of a four-game series.

Gleyber Torres and Juan Soto also homered for the Yankees (87-63), who won three games in the series. Kutter Crawford (8-15) gave up four runs in 4 1/3 innings for the Red Sox. Connor Wong had three hits for Boston, who have lost four of their last six games.

Phillies 2, Mets 1

J.T. Realmuto's walk-off single in the ninth inning gave Philadelphia a win over New York.

Cristopher Sanchez and David Peterson put on a pitching duel, with Sanchez only allowing one run and Peterson keeping the Phillies scoreless until the eighth inning. Philadelphia (90-59) extended their lead in the National League East to nine games over the Mets (81-68).

Blue Jays 3, Cardinals 2

Nathan Lukes' go-ahead RBI double in the eighth inning helped Toronto complete a three-game sweep of St. Louis.

Davis Schneider hit a two-run home run for the Blue Jays (72-78), while Lars Nootbaar homered for the Cardinals (74-75). Yariel Rodriguez and Miles Mikolas both pitched well for their respective teams, but neither factored into the decision.

Guardians 2, Rays 0

Ben Lively pitched five scoreless innings and four relievers didn't allow a baserunner as Cleveland beat Tampa Bay to split their four-game series.

Lively (12-9) allowed just four singles and one walk, while Jose Ramirez had two hits and Brayan Rocchio had an RBI single for the Guardians (86-64). The Rays (73-77) only managed one run in the last two games of the series after scoring eight in the first two games.

Pirates 4, Royals 3

Isiah Kiner-Falefa had three hits and an RBI to lead Pittsburgh past Kansas City.
